Meet Dr. Stolley

Dr. Brian Stolley is a renowned leader in aesthetics with over 20 years of experience in the field. A nationally recognized educator, trainer, and master in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Stolley has dedicated his career to advancing non-surgical aesthetic procedures and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

He began his medical training at the University of Texas, Southwestern School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Family Medicine. After completing his residency, Dr. Stolley moved to Maui and trained under Dr. George Martin, where he honed his expertise in medical and aesthetic dermatology.

With a commitment to innovation and excellence, Dr. Stolley has spent the past two decades perfecting his craft, learning from top experts in aesthetic dermatology, and pioneering cutting-edge, minimally invasive skin rejuvenation techniques. His vast experience has allowed him to build a trusted practice known for delivering natural, transformative results.

Today, Dr. Stolley continues to lead the industry, offering the latest advancements in injectables, laser treatments, and regenerative aesthetics, all while mentoring the next generation of aesthetic professionals.

Meet Dr. Jawad Majeed ND

A distinguished Naturopathic Physician renowned for his expertise in functional medicine and holistic healthcare. Holding a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Majeed combines a robust scientific foundation with a deep compassion for patient care. His focus on advanced therapies for longevity, anti-aging, and functional medicine aligns impeccably with our commitment to innovative and individualized healthcare services.

Dr. Majeed is well versed in regenerative therapies, offering a range of holistic health approaches designed to rejuvenate and restore physiological imbalances that lead to illness and dysfunction. His unique integration of these therapies into patient care resonates with the ethos of Medispa Maui, offering a path to wellness that is both innovative and deeply rooted in evidenced-based natural health practices.

With a diverse background in treating a wide spectrum of health conditions, Dr. Majeed brings a wealth of experience in managing complex patient cases. He believes that the body as a whole is not independent of its parts and understanding biochemical and physiological connections between organs and systems is essential for root cause-whole person healing.

Meet Dr. Roxane Scemla

Dr. Roxane Scemla is a Board-Certified Family Physician specializing in aesthetic medicine with a special focus on facial paralysis treatments. A recognized aesthetic educator in her field, she has trained over 3,000 healthcare providers nationwide. She serves as the Program Director of the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (CACS) and sits on its Board of Trustees.

Dr. Scemla completed her residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, in 2009 and later moved to Maui, Hawaii, in 2014, where she established the first Aesthetic Medicine Program at the Four Seasons Resort. With dual expertise in aesthetic medicine and urgent care, she integrates advanced aesthetic techniques with a therapeutic approach to optimize both function and facial rejuvenation. She is passionate about managing complex facial nerve paralysis caused by Bell’s Palsy, Ramsay Hunt syndrome, tumors, strokes, and surgical complications among others. She also treats associated conditions of gustatory lacrimation, blepharospasm, synkinesis, painful contractions, migraines, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

Dr. Scemla is an esteemed national speaker and is committed to advancing patient care through her pro bono work, publications and her comprehensive approach facial restoration . Born and raised in Paris, she is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, and English. When not lecturing or training providers, she enjoys her time at home on Maui, where she immerses herself in its waters to pursue her passion for the ocean and joy of freediving.
